AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: STRONG ELECTRICAL SMELL ON COPILOT SIDE. PERFORMED SMOKE ODOR FUME TROUBLESHOOTING CARD 08L00021001. FOUND COPILOT GRIMES LIGHT BULB SMOKED AND RESIDUAL SMELL PRESENT. INSPECTED AND RELAMPED GRIMES LIGHT. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD, NO FURTHER FUMES.
