AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FORWARD LAVATORY DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN/CLOSE. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE DOOR SILL LOOSE AND SECURED IT PER AMM 25-41-41. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
