AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN FROM INSIDE FLIGHT DECK. MAINTENANCE LUBRICATED FLIGHT DECK DOOR HANDLE (AALA202312119930) AND LOCK ASSEMBLY (AALA202312112189). A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
