AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SMOKE LAVATORY SMOKE MESSAGE, FLIGHT ATTENDANTS REPORT LAVATORY E WITH NO SUSPECTED SOURCE, 3 SECONDS THEN OUT, OCCURRED 2 TIMES IN FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE FOUND LAVATORY FILTERS CLOGGED, CLEANED FILTERS AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
