AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED AFT RIGHT LAVATORY DOOR JAMMED WILL NOT OPEN. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE LAVATORY DOOR OFF THE TRACK AND RE-INSTALLED DOOR PER AMM 25-45-19. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
