AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: STRONG ODOR AND FUMES ON ARRIVAL DESCENDING THRU 3000 FEET. SMELLED OF BURNING RUBBER. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE CABIN AIR FILTERS PER AMM 21-21-41 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH NO ODORS NOTED.
