AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE FORWARD GALLEY OVEN GIVES OFF ELECTRICAL SMELL WHILE IN USE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE OVEN AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 25-35-19.
