AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED BURNING PLASTIC SMELL IN AFT GALLEY. FLIGHT ATTENDANT SUSPECTED COFFEE POT/MAKER AND SHUT IT OFF. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE AFT GALLEY CHILLER CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED AND DE-ACTIVATED THE CHILLER. (OPEN)
