What was found

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THE ENGINE #1 STALLED AT FL310 230KTS IN A LEFT HAND TURN. THE ENGINE ROLLED BACK ABOUT 1/2 WAY AND THEN RETURNED TO NORMAL OPERATION.
