AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: GREEN ROPE HANGING FROM BOTTOM OF MAIN CABIN DOOR (1L). FOUND 3 INCHES OF THE MOORING LINE/LOOP HANGING BELOW THE GIRT FLAP. RE-TUCKED THE MOORING LINE INTO THE GIRT FLAP FOLD.
