AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: BLEED LOSS WING RIGHT WITH ASSOCIATED RIGHT PACK OFF. PILOT DECIDED TO DIVERT TO JFK, EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. AIRCRAFT LANDED OVERWEIGHT WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE PRSOV ON ENG #2 IAW AMM 36-11-09.
