AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: DURING A SCHEDULED REPLACEMENT OF THE R1 DOOR SLIDE MAINTENANCE FOUND THE REPLACEMENT SLIDE TO BE BAD FROM STOCK AND REINSTALLED THE ORIGINAL SLIDE. THE BAD FROM STOCK SLIDE WILL BE SENT OUT FOR REPAIR.
