AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR STICKS AT BOTTOM AND IS VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN. MAINTENANCE FOUND SCREWS PROTRUDING ON FRAME AND TIGHTENED SCREWS. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
