AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: DOOR RIGHT OVER WING FAULT ECAM AT ENGINE SHUTDOWN. MAINTENANCE REPLACED RIGHT HAND EMERGENCY DOOR (OVER WING) FLIGHT LOCK ACTUATOR AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 52-22-71 WITH NO FAULTS NOTED.
