AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: L4 DOOR WILL NOT LATCH OPEN. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE L4 DOOR GUST LOCK WAS INTERMITTENT AND REPLACED THE GUST LOCK ASSEMBLY PER AMM 52-13-12. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
