AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR INDICATES OPEN WHEN COMPLETELY CLOSED. ALSO DIFFICULT TO OPEN ONCE CLOSED ENOUGH TO INDICATE CLOSED. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED THE BOTTOM STRIKE PLATE AND PERFORMED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 52-51-00.
