AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FORWARD FLIGHT ATTENDANT JUMPSEAT FLASHLIGHT DOESN'T HAVE A RED BLINKING LIGHT AND FLASHLIGHT DOESN'T WORK WHEN REMOVED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FLASHLIGHT AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 25-60-00.
