AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR WILL NOT OPEN FROM INSIDE IF HANDLE IS TURNED CLOCKWISE. A CLOCKWISE TURN DOES NOT RETRACT THE UPPER LATCH. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED DOOR AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 52-51-00.
