FLIGHT NOT DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND IS EXPECTED TO BE OVERWEIGHT FOR LANDING. MAINTENANCE REPLACED FA CREW REST DOOR LATCH ASSY IAW AMM 25-29-01.
