AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: BOTH FLASHLIGHTS UNDER FWD FLT ATTENDANT JUMPSEAT INSTALLED BACKWARDS AND HAVE DEAD BATTERIES. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE BATTERIES AND CORRECTLY INSTALLED THE FLASHLIGHTS REF CMM 25-60-02.
