AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FORWARD FLIGHT ATTENDANT FLASHLIGHT BRACKET IS LOOSE AND DOES NOT TEST UNDER 1B JUMP SEAT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE ENTIRE FLASHLIGHT BRACKET SYSTEM ASSEMBLY PER CMM 25-60-02 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
