AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN FROM INSIDE. BOLT DOESN'T MOVE FAR ENOUGH TO CLEAR THE LOCK. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED FLIGHT DECK DOOR LATCHING MECHANISM AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 25-45-21.
