AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR EXTREMELY HARD TO OPEN, OPENING LATCH DOESN'T OPEN FAR ENOUGH TO CLEAR THE LOCK. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED FLIGHT DECK DOOR LATCH MECHANISM AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 52-51-21.
