AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTS 4L DOOR GUST LOCK INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED AND LUBRICATED THE L4 DOOR GUST LOCK ASSEMBLY PER AMM 52-13-01. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
