AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: EMERGENCY LIGHTS ON SEAT ROWS 26ABC ,27ABC, AND 28ABC INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE FOUND EXPOSED DAMAGED WIRING AT SEAT ROW 29ABC, REPAIRED DAMAGED WIRE AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
