AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT ON POWER UP 3R EMERGENCY EXIT SHOWS OPEN ON DOOR PAGE. MAINTENANCE ACCOMPLISHED TSM 52-22-00 AND NO FAULTS WERE NOTED BY MAINTENANCE. NOTE: NO SPECIFIC PART WAS IDENTIFIED BY MAINTENANCE THAT WOULD HAVE CAUSED THE DOOR TO INDICATE OPEN WHEN IN THE CLOSED POSITION.
