AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SEAT ROWS 21 AND 22 ABC EMERGENCY LIGHTING INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE FOUND BROKEN WIRE, REPAIRED WIRE PER ESPM 23-43-11 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM PER AMM 33-51-00 WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
