AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTENDANT IN FORWARD GALLEY REPORTED OVEN ON AIRCRAFT RIGHT STARTED SMOKING OR STEAMING AS SOON AS SHE TURNED IT ON EVEN BEFORE IT HEATED UP. REMOVED AND REPLACED FORWARD RIGHT GALLEY OVEN IAW AMM 25-32-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
