What was found
AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR BOTTOM STRIKER LOCK DOES NOT OPEN WITH THE DOOR HANDLE. IT DOES UNLOCK WITH THE ELECTRICAL SWITCH. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FLIGHT DECK DOOR LATCH ASSEMBLY AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 52-51-21.
