AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: SEAT MOUNTED EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS AT ROW 28 AND 29 INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPAIRED BROKEN WIRES ON SEAT HARNESS AT ROW 28 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
