AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: AFT LEFT CABIN WILL NOT SECURE AND SLIDE WILL NOT ARM. MAINTENANCE CLEANED / LUBRICATED L2 DOOR SLIDE GIRT BAR AND ATTACH POINTS AS REQUIRED. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
