AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED DUE TO: ON TAKEOFF AND DESCENT COWL ANTI-ICE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. AIRCRAFT AIR INTERRUPTED BACK TO AND LANDED SAFELY AT DFW. REMOVE AND REPLACED NUMBER 1 ENGINE INTAKE ANTI-ICE VALVE. PER AMM 30-21-11.
