AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FA REPORTS THAT THE L2 PASSENGER DOOR DOES NOT STAY OPEN. TAKES SEVERAL ATTEMPTS FOR THE GUST LOCK TO LATCH. MAINTENANCE TROUBLE SHOT L2 DOOR IAW TSM 52-13-00-810-823-A AND FOUND L2 DOOR DAMPER NEEDS REPLACEMENT. REPLACED L2 DOOR DAMPER IAW AMM 52-11-14.
