AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: LAVATORY-D DOOR HARD TO OPEN AND WILL SLIDE OFF TRACKS. REMOVED AND REPLACED LAVATORY-D DOOR ROLLER TRACK (AALA202602114385). ALSO, REPLACED DOOR FRAME UPPER TRIM (AALA202602161000) AND FORWARD TRIM (AALA202602163929), PER CMM 25-40-64. OPS TESTED GOOD. NO FURTHER DEFECT NOTED.
