AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: 4R DOOR HAS A LANYARD PROTRUDING OUTSIDE FROM THE BOTTOM OF DOOR. MAINTENANCE FOUND SECTION OF RIGHT AFT CABIN DOOR SLIDE LANYARD HANGING LOOSE / PROTRUDING OUT OF THE SERVICE DOOR AND RE-STOWED LANYARD PER AMM 25-62-44.
