AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: L4 ARMING DOOR LEVER DOES NOT STAY DISARMED (UP). SLOWLY FALLS DOWN. MAINTENANCE REPOSITIONED GIRT BAR INTO FLOOR FITTING & LUBRICATED FLOOR FITTINGS IAW AMM 25-62-44. A SATISFACTORY OPS CHECK OF THE L4 DOOR ARMING SYSTEM ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
