AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: SIGNIFICANT AIRFRAME VIBRATION ABOVE 300KTS / .78M. FL250-280 IN CLIMB. ENGINE VIBRATION WAS NORMAL. WHEN F/CTL WAS CALLED UPTHE RUDDER TRAVEL LIMIT WAS AMBER VERY BRIEFLY. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT HAND ELEVATORY ASSY.
