What was found

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: WHEN DOOR 4L IS IN THE DISARMED POSITION, THE ARM/DISARM LEVER APPEARS BENT SLIGHTLY TO THE RIGHT, INDICATIVE OF POSSIBLE IMPACT DAMAGE. THE ARM/DISARM LEVER OPERATES CORRECTLY BUT A SLIGHT RESISTANCE IS NOTICEABLE DURING CLOSURE. THIS BENT CONDITION IS ONLY EVIDENT WHEN THE 4L LEVER IS IN THE DISARM POSITION. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED DETAILED INSPECTION AND LUBRICATION OF THE L4 DOOR PER AMM 52-13-00. MAINTENANCE REPORTED THAT THERE WAS NO DAMAGE OR GRINDING TO ANYTHING NOTED AND EVERYTHING FUNCTIONING AS IT SHOULD BE WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
