AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTS EXIT SIGN AT 4L MISSING. MAINTENANCE INSTALLED EXIT SIGN AT 4L PER AMM 33-51-13 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
