AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: 4L LAV AS STRONG ODOR OF SMOKE, NO SMOKE PRESENT, TOILET WAS BLOCKED/PAPER REMOVED AND H20 POURED INTO TRASH BIN NO INDICATION IN COCKPIT. MAINTENANCE FOUND LAV MIRROR LIGHT PARTIALLY MELTED AND BURNED. REPLACED 4L LAV MIRROR LIGHT ASSY.
