AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTENDANTS REPORTED THAT THE 4L DOOR SLIDE WOULD NOT ARM. MAINTENANCE FOUND 4L DOOR SLIDE FLAP TO BE FOLDED INCORRECTLY, RE FOLDED SLIDE FLAP AS REQUIRED AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE DOOR ARMING SYSTEM WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
