AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: L1 DOOR WILL NOT ARM. THE HANDLE POPS BACK UP SLIGHTLY AND THE DOOR DOES NOT SHOW ARMED ON THE SD DOOR PAGE IN THE FLIGHT DECK.. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT IAW TSM 52-11-00-810-824-A AND FOUND L1 DOOR DAMPER DIAPHRAGM PUNCTURED. REPLACED DIAPHRAGM IAW AMM 52-10-00.
