AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: CABIN CEILING EMERGENCY LIGHT 207WL INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE FOUND CABIN CEILING EMERGENCY LIGHT ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR DISCONNECTED, RECONNECTED IT PER AMM 33-51-11 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
