AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: EMERGENCY LIGHT (WHITE) AT SEAT 22C IS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE FOUND LOOSE CONNECTOR UNDER SEAT 22C, RESECURED CONNECTOR AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 33-51-19 WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
