AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: DOOR 2R DISARMING LEVER DOES NOT MOVE TO FULL UP POSITION. INDICATION IS THAT DOOR IS DISARMED, BUT LEVER IS NOT FULLY UP. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE SLIDE, NO HELP. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED DOOR RIGGING & FOUND FLEXIBLE CONTROL CABLE LOOSE. ADJUSTED FLEXIBLE CONTROL CABLE IAW AMM 52-13-22.
