AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: THE DOOR LOCK JAMMED IN LAVATORY E A FEW TIMES AND TRAPPED A FEW CUSTOMERS IN THE LAV. THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT WAS ABLE TO UNJAM WITH SOME DIFFICULTY. LAV WAS SUBSEQUENTLY BLOCKED OFF. MAINTENANCE REPLACED LAV E DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY. OPERATIONAL REF. AMM 25-43-45.
