What was found

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: WITH APU BLEED ON, STRONG FOUL SMELL. AFTER ENGINE START AND APUSELECTED OFF, SMELL DISSIPATED. ON DESCENT WITH ENGINES IDLE, SMELL CAME BACK.SINGLE PACK OPERATION AS WELL. #2 PACK WAS SELECTED OFF PER MEL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED APU FCU IAW AMM 49-32-11,
