AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: REPEAT WRITE UP: MUSTY ODOR DURING CLIMB THROUGH FL290. ACCOMPLISHED J/C 08L00021001, PREVIOUS SHIFT FOUND OIL STILL LEAKING FROM APU INTO BLEED VALVE, WHICH IS CAUSING INGESTION INTOPACKS WHEN APU IS ON. CHANGED RECIRCULATION FILTERS. PER AMM 21-25-01.
