AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: L2 DOOR INTERMITTENTLY DISPLAYS ECAM MESSAGE OPEN DURING FLIGHT. NO PRESSURIZATION CHANGES. MAINTENANCE FOUND PROXIMITY SENSOR 19WV1 FAULTY AND REPLACED IT PER AMM 52-71-13. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO FAULTS NOTED.
