AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: THE TOP PANEL ON THE INSIDE OF THE 1L CABIN DOOR IS NOT FLUSH WHEN CLOSED AND HAS AN ABNORMAL GAP ACCORDING TO THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT. MAINTENANCE CLEANED AND LUBED THE L1 DOOR PANEL HINGES.
